Did you release them from Team Galactic's HQ(?)? If not go there (you'll fight a bunch of Galactics first) and then you'll see all three of them captured. Then you'll have to push a button. They'll go off into their caves.
If you already released them then they should be in their caves already. Unless, you ran away from them or killed them. If you did one of those to them, you won't be able to see them again.
