You Have to Use the Explorer Kit Given by an Old man Living Next door to the pokemon Centre and Go underground and search for fossils. The Places where you see sparkles on the wall may give you fossils i you go and press A on them.

Then put one of your party Pokemon in your PC. go to Oreberg city and go into the Oreberg museum. talk to a pro. go out and then come back in and talk to him again. P.S. he will say something funny when you talk to him. he will give you a revived fossil Pokemon you don't need to battle him or give him any money.

∙ 12y agoIn various locations like twist mountain and relic castle. At Twist Mountain there is a person who will give you a random fossil from Sinnoh, Hoenn, or Kanto (Since Johto didn't introduce any new fossil pokemon). At Relic Castle, you may get a skull Plume or Cover fossil. These turn into Archen and Tirtuoga, respectively. At some point you may get the other one; I don't remember when, though.
