It's not up to you how fast your grow. But one thing your do not need to do is lift weights. Weights will stunt your growth. When it seems like you will not grow anymore, weights are ok. Just make sure you don't get overweight. But be sure to exercise, stretch your muscles, and drink plenty of water. Just be comfortable with who you are.

Many simple exercises can help with growth, before puberty, I grew 4 inches in one year because of that. You are actually on the 50th percentile, but you might feel short if you live in a place like Maryland or South Carolina or Wisconsin where there's a lot of seafood and dairy, which are some other things that can help. (P.S., I was on the 10th percentile, but now I'm on the 51st percentile, I hope my advice helped you.)
you can prevent pimples by drinking lot of water and by not using heavy makeup..... you can also prevent pimples by washing your face thrice a day with water and a soap or face wash or any other thing you use on your face to wash ............

Streatching the seat of your bycycle upwards and then riding 2 to 3 miles daily and playing basket ball helps

It's not that simple. You gain height when you gain height not when you eat spaghetti or rye bread.
Hanging from a bar will only temporarily cause a slight gain in height.
At least 60 inches (5 ft) is the average height.
You shrink in height as you get older as the spine ages
no after age 21 the height is not increased.
by the age of 21, you have fully grown.
never
It is possible, but not likely.
160 cm
weight is not worked out by age it is worked out by height.
There is not a way for a 19 year to get any taller. At the age of 19 the body has reached it's full height.
There is no one "best" height for girls as height is largely determined by genetics and varies greatly among individuals. It is important for girls to focus on their overall health and well-being rather than solely on their height. Being healthy, active, and confident is more important than a specific height.
not at all
That is perfectly normal for your height. You are pretty tall for your age so you will probably weigh more than other kids your age.
You have to be at least 13 years or older to be riding in the front seat. You just have to look like you are 13 years of age.
If I were you - I'd stop worrying about your height and enjoy your life ! At the age of 12, you're likely net even through puberty yet - so you'll be due a 'growth spurt' when that kicks in ! There is no pill, potion or device that can quickly make you gain height. The only way would be risky painfulsurgery - which, given your age - any reputable surgeon would refuse to do !
