How do you get Arceus on Pokemon platenum?

In Platinum, you have to get the Azure Flute (I'm pretty sure that's what it's called) via Mystery Event. Then you have to go to Mt. Coronet, and go through the mt. again until you reach the area where you face palkia and dialga. You play the Azure Flute there and a staircase will appear with Arceus at the top. I think he's level 80 at that point.

NOTE: After you catch Palkia, Dialga and Giratina

I'm not sure about other games...

To get arceus you have to follow these steps. 1. Go to selected Pokemon events 2. Get a heavens pipe or azure flute. if that is not available go to another event 3. Go out the door at mount coronet and don't move now you can use the heavens pipe or azure flute. 4. Some stairs will appear go up these stairs 5. At the top is Arceus it is lv80 so be prepared good luck
