Give it poffins, don't let it get hurt, go to places and let massage it, give it carbos, protein and it should really like you! Do all this in the day and then it'll evolve! (At night it's Umbreon.)
Actually you don't have to comp-lete the sinnoh dex you go to her house and she talks about how she created the p.c. boxes and the offers you an evee you are talken about platinum she gives you an eevee but in pearl you have to complete the dex first..........,there are three ways to get eevee, 1.go to mr baklots place after getting the national dex 2.find beebee after getting the national dex 3.breed eevee or one of it's older forms with ditto then you.ll get a bunch of baby eevee eggs
