When you reach Celadon City, head to the west exit where Snorlax is (or was), then use Cut on the tree that you see. Head through the gate that is made accessible by using Cut, and you'll find a small house. Talk to the woman inside, and she will give you HM02, Fly.

∙ 14y agoLeft of Celadon City and right before where the snorlax was/is sleeping is a small tree, cut it and take the path to the left through the building and on the other side(right above the top fence of cycling road) is a house, go inside and the girl inside will give you fly
