The only way to obtain Keldo, and add it to your pokedex is by event. The event has not been released yet, so wait a little while, then you'll have your desire to be able to catch Keldo.

∙ 11y agoFirst of all, it's Keldeo, not Keldoe. You cant get it in America yet because you must receive it from an event. The date of the event is currently unknown.
