In diamond you get unowns in a cave beside soleceon town.if you have to come there through hearthome city you have to go near the last house in soleceon town which is beside the day car center.go through the path way behind the house climb down the set of ledges at the end of the pathway.then you'll see an entrance to a cave...roam around the cave (better if go further in the cave according to my experience) then you'll encounter some unowns...i caught unown D and R in there.Hope this helps.
