Theres a tower south of Solaceon Town that's broken and needs the Keystone (You can get one from a Black Belt west of Hearthome City) place it and go UnderGround. Then talk to about 30 people (or 1 person 30 times) and then go back to the tower. You should be then be able to face a level 20 Spiritomb
You can catch it in the Hallowed Tower on Route 209.

∙ 14y agoYou have to talk to a ninga guy on route 208. He will give you a key stone. Then, go to route 209. Walk to the rock tomb stone and press A. You will put the key stone in and then it will say it is called the Hallowed Tower. After that, go underground and talk to someone 32 times! You have to go up and down 32 times and keep saving. When your finished, go back to the Hallowed Tower, press A, and Spiritomb will battle you.
P.S I have caught Spiritomb before. If you want another Spiritomb, go to Twinleaf town, use surf at the little pool of water, go to the bottom left, face the left, and press A. You will get another key.
