How do you get a beedrill in Pokemon Pearl?

beedrill can only be obtained by evolving weedle and kakuna, both these Pokemon aren't available in Diamond or Pearl, you have to either migrate from Leaf Green, or go to Route 204 when you have the Leaf Green cartridge inserted into your DS.

you won't. Just catch a weedle / kakuna and let it evolve.
