First you'll need an Eevee (duh). Go to the mossy rock in Eterna Forest and level Eevee up in the grass there. It will then evolve into Leafeon. To get an Eevee, you'll need the National dex. Then go into Bebe's house (the PC girl) and have an empty slot in your party. She will then give you an Eevee.
You do not need the National PokeDex to get the Eevee from Bebe. Another way of getting an Eevee is going to Trophy Garden place, going into Mr.Backlot's office and talking to him, save before you talk to him and just keep talking to him until he says that an Eevee came up to him. O and answer Yes to any question he asks you. Then just catch your Eevee's. Also if you get your friend to give you a Ditto, then just go to Solaceon Town and put the Eevee in with the Ditto and then breed as many as you want. Have fun ~ Dinosman.
