Next you have to beat the Pokemon league.After that,some random time in the game the legendary dog will apear.WARNING:DO NOT RUN AWAY FROM IT OR YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN! It will apear at lv.50.don't kill it or you wont see it again.its ok if it runs away because some time you will see it again. you don't have to use a master ball but if you have one use it.TIP:try putting it to sleep,paralizing it,piosoning it isn't a very good idea because it will eventually faint.I caught raikou with an ultra ball.

∙ 12y agoif you started with squtle you get rakio ,charmander-einte,bulbesaur-susicane you get them after you beat the Pokemon league but you can only catch it with a master ball and you cant lose a battle if u want them and u have to complete both pokedexs i think sorry for the bad spelling
