Trade from one of the other GBA Pokemon Games after you got th National Pokedex and beat the Elite four. Then if you have a GBA Pokemon Game in the bottom slot of your Nintendo DS there should be an option under "New Game" on Diamond/Pearl that says "Move From GBA"; select this option then choose six Pokemon you want on Diamond/Pearl. After this select continue and go to Pal Park (near the beach of the second city you go to at the beginning) and find all six Pokemon that you move from your GBA.
