How do you get a villa in Pokemon Pearl?

You can find the villa in the Resort area to the right of the Pokemon center. The resort area is a surf across from the Fight area which can be accessed in snowpoint city via the boat in port in the south once you have seen all the Pokemon in the Sinnoh pokedex, upgraded to the national dex and entered into the hall of fame by beating the elite four.

Go to the Moonbay and wait outside the gym for 10 mins. A guy with a moustache and a sombrero should approach you and introduce himself as Ramón. Follow him through a cave but be careful if you have a clefairy as he will battle you to get it. Villa's can be quite expensive, so make sure you have lots of money with you. Some of the villas have a beautiful gate with a west-facing garden featuring a swimming pool, and a patio/balcony option.

You cannot get a villa in Pokemon pearl. Only Platinum. In platinum in the Resort Area you get it. Not Pearl. Sorry!
