You will need to get an Eevee and evolve it into Glaceon on Route 217 near the Icy Rock. You can get one by visiting Bebe in Hearthome City (Next to the Pokemon Center) and she'll give you one if you have at least one empty slot in your Party. If you defeated the Pokemon League, you can talk to Mr. Backlot in the Pokemon Mansion and he may tell you he found an Eevee in Trophy Garden, where you can find it in.

∙ 14y agoYou can get a eevee in Heartrome city.Find a house right next to the Pokemon Center.If you go inside,You will find a girl named Bebe.She will give you a eevee.Then,go to Route 217 and level up your eevee.It will evolve to glaceon.
