ok if you have action replay use it go to any route press l and r before any of that (sorry) catch a lvl 2,3.4.5,6,7 next go to route over jublife run in then press l and r then ul get 493 masterballs that represent all the pokemon numbers in every region next say you want the pokemon mew do math 493-342=151 then run in grass get a lvl 4,5,6 mew!
