How do you get god mode on black ops zombies for ps3?

To unlock it for yourself you have to play through the campaign the whole way and even then it's only two player split screen. But if you mean online then you can either be invited to a game or unlock it then host one and up to 4 players can play on that.

There is not a mode that is God Mode in the game. What you are asking about is how to cheat by adding software to change the game and make yourself have god like capabilities. You do not have the rights to the game and will be banned for it, if you go on the Playstation Network
