How do you get happiny platinum?

I have Pokemon Platinum, but it's basically the same:

You need to get Chansey (can be found on the route to Celestic Town, behind the Psyduck) and then put it in the daycare with some form of incense. Look up 'egg groups' and use the Serebii guide to find which incense you need.

Oh and if you get a female Chansey you can breed it with anything else from its egg group and it will take after the mother.

Well this all really depends on if Pokemon Platinum has mostly the same story line as Diamond (The one I have) If it does then when you are leaving Hearthome city :(Home of the Contest hall and the 6th gym leader Fantina (Ghost)), Talk to the hiker at the SE exit (route 209) and he will talk about how he got the egg ect.. then will ggive it to you!!

The trophy garden behind the Pokemon mansion below Hearthome. Talk to the owner of the house and he will tell you he saw a certain Pokemon in his garden. He only does this once a day so you'll probably have to wait a while until he says Happiny. Then go to the garden and walk around until you find one ( only a 5% chance ). Use like a nest ball because its only gunna be lower than lvl 20.

If you want it breed a chansey. A trainer north of soloceon has a happiny and elekid shes called breader kahlil. Breeding with a Chansey doesn't work. It only gets you another Chansey.

You get a He and She Chansey at the same place as Scyther and you get them into the Day-Care-lady in Solaceon town :)
