How do you get in to stark mountain in Pokemon diamond?

you need to get to resort area from the battle area and go up.on route 229 you go through the tall grass and cut at the trees.then ya go up[mind the trainer] go left to small grass.get through small grass and haed up to route 228.get on your bicycle and get past the trainer with green hair.go up that ramp and across the top bridge,then acros the next one.use rock smash then go back over the brigde.need to be very quick on this ramp coz its only on one turn.once you've made it up go across the bridge and down the two ramps[TRAINER] down the next one and up the one on the left.go through the building to route 226.go through the small grassand up to route 227.go over two small ramps to markus and crasher wake.up the stairs, over the bridge and to the small grass.on this bit you need to stay near the wall and.go up[DONT JUMP OVER THE WALL]go round jump wall, jump another to a ninja,defeat him then go up small grass.up stairs,up stairs to small grass[stay near the wall and go left and.......HEY PRESTO!!!!ya there!!! {if you havent got to the resort area ,you need to complete the sinnoh dex! hope i helped!!!

First you have to beat the Elite 4 and get the National dex.

(you need a Pokemon that knows Rock climb,Rock smash,Strength)

After that you go to the snowpoint city docks and take the boat,

then go north of the Fight area docks (if you don't have the National dex

2 guys will block the way),

you will arrive at the survival area,go east and you will see 2 Rock climb paths one doubles back.There will be a house where you can heal your

Pokemon along your path, just to let you know.

You need to beat the Elite Four then when you are back at your house, your mom says that your friend wants you to go to Snowpoint City. Go there and take the Boat to the Fight Area, then once you defeat your friend and/or go to the battle tower and defeat some people, go up Route 225, (Its right in the beginning where the Island starts when you get there) then keep walking to you get to Survival Area. Walk, Use Rock Climb then you are at Route 227 then just keep walking up until you get to a house. In front of the house is your friend and the gym leader, Blake. After all that Dialogue, keep going up the mountain until you reach a LARGEEEE patch of grass, and a cave opening. Go in the cave and you are IN Stark mountain. You are gonna need Rock Climb, Rock Smash, and Strength. After all the moving rocks and whatnot, You see your friend, talk to him. When you are done with the mountain he would be gone. (He left to go and stand in front of the battle tower, and you can battle him every day) Then keep going then you see Buck. Bring him to another cave door, then he would get some sort of Fire Stone thing. Go back to Survival area and go in one of the houses with Buck in it, talk to both of the people then go BACK to Stark Mountain where Buck got the Fire Stone thing. Instead of being a Fire Stone thing or whatever, would be the legendary pokemon, Heatran. I think by the time you get to Stark Mountain, you would KNOW how to catch legends. Go to Route 227 then head north, (you should be able to follow the way through there.
