you have to get the national dex then all the people will stop blocking the path,BTW you should probably bring a lot of potions and restores because it will feel like a long walk to the next PC Yes you do need the national dex,then you go to enterna city and the gym there will challange you again,then you NEED to encounter a Beautyfly but dont capture or kill it,ok?Just run and fly to the battle frontier then whoala!

∙ 12y agofirst you have to beat the elite 4. Then you will be in your house and your mom will talk to you. After that go to snowpoint city and talk to the sailor with a orange ship. You will have to battle Flint and Volkner with your friend. After that go in the path between where the orange ship and the battle was ,there should be a path heading up.Go through the path and you will be there.

∙ 12y agoyou need to go to stark mountain and you will find this guy called buck and he will tell you to go to stark mountain and you need to fight commander mars and Jupiter (this is the last time you see team galactic) and there will be a new boss and after you defeat the commanders he will go somewhere else. Then a little further in there you will find Buck and you have to travel with him and you will find that boss and looker takes him away then go to survival area and get in the survival club.
