To get out of the distortion world. You flip onto the sides of platforms and get to the exit portal that is made by Giritina after you battle it. At oe point, you must puh bouders own a hole that the three lake Pokemon show you. At the end of the distortion world and when you beat the galactic boss, you go through the portal to the fourth lake. to go bck into the distortion world, you o back to thatlake and go intothe cave from rock climbing down. Inside the cave, you go forward about 20 rooms until you see a portal. Go in it and walk through a mini distotion world to find the gisious orb in a pokeball. It is to be held by giritina.

∙ 12y agoWell it depends which dark cave your there are a few in platinum but this is my advice you should make sure you have escape ropes or make a Pokemon use dig or get the TM flash it would help you see clearly everything and could help you find your way out of the cave hope I helped:)
