You will have to be civil as this is the father of your child and whether you feel like it or not you have to do what is in the best interest of your child. It may be hard for a little but I can tell you it will get better with time.
We all go through sad and hurtful times and it is unfortunate but think of it this way - if we didn't ever feel sadness how would we ever know how good being happy and in love feels. Time - it will just take time and move on.
