How do you get past the fat man in victory road on Pokemon platinum?

If your talking about Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum, you have to complete the Sinnoh poke'dex and then get the National poke'dex, then go back to victory road and then the ''fat'' guy will be gone.

To get past the first one in Jubilife, go to the Trainer's School.

The second near Sunyshore, go to the top of Mt. Coronet. (Spear Pillar) You will fight the best grunts. Then, you team up with your rival to take on Mars and Jupiter. The boss then makes Dialga and Palkia come. Then, a portal opens up and you go in and you do a puzzle and you fight the boss and Cynthia heals you and you fight Giratina. The fat guy has now died of too much fat. Go to Sunyshore City now...

well there are a lot of people to get past in platinum in the battle frontier finish the sinnoh dex to get to the next 3 areas in heartome go up towards the rest of the city to battle your rival and get to the next two cities in the cave before the Pokemon league it has no particular value but if you get oak's letter you can go there and get to the enf to get shaymin

You have to get to Mt. Coronet and beat the team galactic girls. Then, beat the galactic boss and fight palkia or capture it and when your done the dude is gone. i hope that helped.
