go to petalburg city and surf west. keep on surfing until you reach a small island.go west and keep surfing up. you'll then find yourself on an island with a small mountain. go inside, stand in the middle of the braille wall and press"A". walk around the room in a clock wise motion staying against the wall the whole time. then the door shall open and walk in and you will be fighting regice.

First you will have to get a relichant and a wailord. Then dive somewhere west for Pacifidlog town.You will come to a underwater place, where there is some dot script somewhere. Read it, and then use dive again. You will have to use dig to open a cave door, but first you will have to read it (its in the end of the cave). Then place the wailord first in your team, and the relichant last (or the opposite). Read the dot script at the end of that cave, then a cave door will open in each place where you get the regi's. To get registeel, you will have to go to the west of lilycove city, where there is a big rocky thingy behind some tall grass. Now there should be a cave door. Go inside. Read the dot script on the end of the cave (make sure you are in the middle of it) then, walk 4 steps down, and then use flash. Then there will be a cave door. In there, you can battle registeel. I know this sounds really complicated and stupid, but it is actually true.
