Well that's where i got stuck too.
This is an awesome game. I love it. i play it all the time as well.
At first i didn't know how to even unlock it BUT i found out.
okay listen carefully:
WHEN u open that game it says ''DOWNLOAD BLOSSOM THING. CLICK the FASHION THING".
its Always on the bottom right side. You click on it than it starts loading/downloading. it takes a while but when all of its downloaded like 4 times. It unlocks the seasonal clothes, dates and gifts for your boyfriend.
Than when all of it is done it unlocks THE RUNWAY.
It might take a while till it all downloads but it will.
