In order to get a snorunt in emerald you have to go to mosdeep and surf behind it until you reach Shoal Cave. Then you go to the room with the slippery ice. In the room is a Nevermeltice and TM07-Hail. keep searching until you find one. I think snorunt are rare so if you want catch one and then catch some more with repeat balls. you can make snorunt evolve into Glaile or you can migrate it to a Pokemon DS game (it has to be a female) and make it evolve into frosslass with a Dawn Stone. You can evolve Snorunt into a Froslass if your Snorunt is a girl and you have a dawn stone
route 216 (use poke radar), route 217 (use poke radar), Acuity lakefront (use poke radar)
At night time go to the route that leads to the Ice Pokemon gym.
Snowrunt can only be found after you obtain the National Pokedex and is in Route 217 and Acuity Lakefront ( Use the PokeRadar )
i don't think snorunt is available in Pokemon diamond unless you have the national pokedex maybe (national pokedex is obtained by 1) defeating elite four 2) seeing all the Pokemon) if you can then i suggest looking around snowpoint city since snorunt is ice/normal..

∙ 15y agoYou go to Mossdeep City, and go north (up). There you need HM3 Surf, then surf upwards until you find a cave. Go inside, if its low tide, you can find one, if its high tide then you'll have to wait.

∙ 16y agoSnorunt is found inside of Shoal Cave. To get a Snorunt you must travel inside Shoal Cave when the tide is out, otherwise its area isn't accessible. Travel deep into the cave until you enter a room made of ice and snow. Snorunt will be found in here, bring a Pokemon with Sweet Scent as that move will help to find it.

∙ 14y agoSnorunt can be found at Night, ranging from the areas of Lake Acuity to Route 216. There is also a trainer on either Route 216 or 217 that has a Snorunt.
