Once you get to where you see those 200 team galactic guys you havr to find Cyrus, then go to the Spear pillar place and Cyrus will be there. Palkia and Dialga will apear there. But then a weird figure will apear out of a portal. Cyrus will go in, then you will have to follow him. Listen to what Uxie and the others try to show you. Then once you've helped them you follow Cynthia and then you battle Cyrus, once you beat him you go to where Giratina is to battle/catch him. He has two forms, the altered forme and the origin forme. When you catch him he will still be in the origin forme but once you get out of the portal he will be in the altered forme. The only way you can make him turn back into the origin forme while being in the real world is to beat the elite four and the Champion, then go through spring path and go in the cave. When you find the portal, above each portal you'll find a different item, and in the portal will be the Griseous Orb. Get that and Giratina can be both formes, one w/ orb and one w/out.
