How to get an arzue Flute:

You need action replay! :)

i don't remember the exact code (surf the net a bit) but you will find a code that will give you a manaphy egg if you talk to the green guy in the poke mart after using it. they dude is supposed to give you a manaphy egg, (and he might) but he gave me an arzure flute. it will appear in your key items section of your bag, and will strangly look like a heart (like the one that pumps your blood). i am still trying to figure it out, but if you go to the top of mt coronet, you are supposed to be able to get arzeus.

It is not possible to get the Azure Flute with Mystery Gift. It was originally intended for the Flute to be distributed however the item was considered too confusing for players to use. This means the Azure Flute is completely unobtainable outside of using a cheat device.

once you get the mysery gift wait until the special Nintendo event, then click on the

"receive from wifi" option and you will probably receive the azure flute.

Items like the Azure Flute, Member's Pass, and Oak's Letter are only obtainable via Nintendo Event or Action Replay.

OK first if its Pokemon platinum, you'll have to wait until November 7th 2010.(unless you're in China) you can use Action replay and get the code.

The only way to obtain the Azure Flute is by using the Action Replay with the correct code. The event for the Azure Flute never happened.
