go to mt coronet,make your way to the spear pillar,enter the room where dialga/palkia where and it should say there are strange sounds the flute is making or somthing like that

You only go to Spear Pillar in Diamond and Pearl, and platinum it's sky pillar. It's east of picificalog (or something). Use surf and keep as top as you can. you'll see an opening and there's a cave. you must have a mach bike, because there are places where only mach bikes work.

you need to go to the spear pillar and stand on the thing that has a picture of a flute and press a then a shining staircase will appear go up it and you will see arceaus. wont work.

You need to download something called a Azure flute, but you can only download it from a Nintendo Event. If you DO have a Azure flute, go to the spear pillar and play it. Some stairs will appear and you have to go up. Arceus will be waiting for you. And one more thing. Don't bother trying to play the flute again, it won't work.
