How do you get the fossil Pokemon in diamond?

In Pokemon Diamond and Pearl versions, fossils are found in the underground.

You may access the underground if you go to Eterna City and talk to the 'underground man' in the house next to the Pokemon Centre. He will give you an explorer pack and if you go anywhere outside and select the explorer pack, you may go underground. Once you are there, there are sparkling yellow spots on the upper screen. Travel to these spots (note that you are the red spot) and tap the bottom screen to reveal where the treasure is. Go to the wall that is sparkling and if you are lucky, you will find a fossil. Fossils are found depending on which version you have and once you gain the National PokeDex, you can uncover more fossils.

Fossils are restored into Pokemon in the Oreburgh City museum.

there is a sand building in the sand storm that is only there some times. go to the top there will be two fossils. pick one. but once you do the building will fall and the other fossil will be destroyed.

Ok, at the desert place you'll see a tower. Go to the top and select 1 fossiil the other one can be obtained by the fossil maniac in the after game. He will have dug a hole go to the back and you'll find the other fossil you could have goten at the tower.
