First you need the HM rock climb then somewhere to the left of the suite is a rock wall that you need to use rock climb on and follow the trail of rock walls and you're there.

Go out the back of the hotel and move one space forward,and turn left without actually moving. Touch your dowsing machine app whilst facing left and it will go mental! That is where the suite key is. Give it back and she will give you a lava cookie.you have to go right outside the inn and use the poketch app dowsing machine(the one that helps you find hidden items) it should be to the right as soon as you exit the inn. this might not work though because i used Pokemon platinum instead of diamond.
