The Harbor Key doesn't exist as an item in the Pokemon games. There is a key event item related to a Harbor called the Member Card. The Member Card is an event item needed in Pokemon Platinum to access the Island containing Darkrai. It is currently not possible to legitimately obtain the Member Card as the events distributing it are no longer held for Pokemon Platinum. The only way to get the Member Card is to use a cheat device.

∙ 12y agoyou need to get a mystery gift which you get in jubilife city tv statiopn 3rd floor answe the questions with wi-fi connection and evryone happy or the other way round i cannot remember then press a to revieve a gift on platinum there are events for the key now so you should get a reply whern you receive the members card go to canalave city and use it on the inn there wuill be a darkrai he is at level 50 so be careful
