How do you get the mystery event in Pokemon Platinum?

It's very easy. (I'm a Pokemon nut. I simply love it.)

First go to a Poke mart. Go to the white paper on the desk. Put in LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL. Then you will be able to get the mystery gift. Save then turn your game back on. ( Make sure your Wireless adaptor is on). Then click on MYSTERY GIFT.

To get the Mystery Gift in Pokemon Platinum, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Jubilife TV Station in Jubilife City
2. Go to the 3rd floor.
3. Talk to the man in the lower room (the guy on the left).
4. The first two words you tell him are "everyone" and "happy"
5. The second two words you tell him are "Wi-Fi" and "Connection."
6. Finally, you will be able to access Mystery Gift in the Main Menu.

At Jubilife TV, there is a man that will ask for your opinion on tv. For the first 2 words, say EVERYONE and HAPPY. For the last 2 words, say WIFI and CONNECTION.

The mystery gift option is already at your disposal in Pokemon HeartGold. Before accessing your save file, scroll down through the list. You will see that the mystery gift option is towards the bottom of the list.
The mystery gift option is for receiving items from events. For example, in HeartGold and SoulSilver, you could have connected to Wi-Fi when the game first came out to get a Pokewalker mystery gift. You need to wait until there is an event.

On the main menu, if you scroll down, you get the "MYSTERY GIFT" option. Touch that

and then select what type of event you want. Wi-Fi means you connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi connections and look for Wi-Fi events.

Wireless means you use infrared connections to search the area you are in now for events (e.g. GAME stores often have events if you go there"

Friend means that you can obtain a past wonder card from a friend using wireless connections. You cannot give all wonder cards to friends.
