How do you get the pokeradar cause I talked to prof Rowan and he gave me a national dex but he didnt give me a pokeradar What should I do?

now that's odd really odd you sure normally professor oak upgrades your pokedex to national pokedex and then professor Rowan gives you a gift which is pokeradar check in your key items at the bottom list

It does not work if you are on your bike. Mostly, you will just find Floatzel, Gastrodon, and Mr.Mime. But if the grass is shaking wildly, harder than the rest, go into it. Hopefully it will be a Ditto, lvl.28-29. Ditto can breed any Pokemon except legendaries. I hope this helps you get ditto!:]
