You need a Pokemon that knows the move strengh. Go into victory road and push bolders onto all the buttons you can see. The buttons look like white circles. Then where there was once a ledge blocking the way, you can get past them.

∙ 15y agoits hard to say but use flash after going down the ladder and just follow the trainers you battle and remember the more trainers the closer you are to the exit
