you will see a bar above the punching bag. If you push the bag, it will slide across.....do the same for the rest in a certain pattern and you will be able to battle one of Sinnoh's famous gym leaders! I think she has a meditite, a machoke, and a lucario.

∙ 12y agou have to finish the sinnoh pokedex. then go back to where the man is that is blocking off an entrance just before u get to the Pokemon league in victory road and he will be gone. go through the entrance and there she is.
