You go to Orbis from ellinia, then from Orbis to Ariant.
To be exact, the NPC's name is Karcasa at "The Burning Sands, Tent of the Entertainers" where the Desert Rabbits are -.-
It's in Canada. And it is Vancouver Island not Victoria.
If there is a Victoria island, I have never heard of it. We do have a Vancouver island, on which the city of Victoria is located, and you can bring your dog if you like.
The sound north of Victoria Island is Viscount Melville Sound.
There is no such island. However, VANCOUVER Island-- where the city of Victoria is located-- is in the Province of British Columbia
There are two ways to get out of Ariant one go to the ship and ride to Orbis and then where you need to go, or you can talk to a guy somewhere close to Ariant (this is not the map name) and he takes you to anywhere on Victoria island.

You have to go to Magatia via Ariant, as far as I'm concerned. There are a number of ways to get to Ariant. 1. Via Manji (finish Manji and the secret group. He'll teleport 5 times or something) 2. Via Orbis. (Take the ship) 3. I think you can get to Ariant if you do the Rememberer's quests. I'm not sure. Once you get to Ariant, go two maps left(I think.) and talk to the Camel Cab. Pay your fee and voila you're at Magatia!
If you mean ariant, take the ship to orbris from ellinia in victoria, then from orbris to ariant. If you're talking about the monster survival, it's near Magatia, a few maps to the left. Check all the portals on the top of the screen.
No not yet.
