There is no free roam unfortunatley. Need for Speed wantes to have a pure racing expeirence. Unfortunatley we want to test track and enjoy the cars differentley then just in a race

Just until you beat the whole game. You can't just run around once you beat it like the other recent Spidey games. It's one of it's flaws. The wii version however, is the only one with the list of unlockable costumes.
