First you to go to Mt.Coronet and catch or kill or make Palkia escape and then go to Valor Lakefront to the Lady who lost the Suite key find the Suite key near the Valor Lakefront and the road to Sunnyshore City is open

Sunyshore City is on the east side of Route 222. To get pass the guy blocking the way you'll need the 7th Gym Badge from Candice, obtain the HM Rock Climb, then fight Mars and Saturn. After you have defeated them, go to Lake Acuity to find out the last legendary trio is with Team Galactic and you'll need to make your way to Team Galactic HQ in Veilstone City. Freeing the Legendary Trio, enter through Mt. Coronet. You'll need to reach the top of Mt. Coronet where you have to face Cyrus, before going into the Distortion World. Defeating him, Giratina is the last problem now. You'll hop into the Distortion World and make your way through the maze till you face it; you can defeat it here or capture it. After this is all done, the guy will move out of the way from Sunyshore City, giving you welcoming access to the last city of the 8th Gym.
