You've gotta fight/catch Dialga, Giratina or Palkia, depending on which version you're playing. Do this by going to Mt coronet and go to the back where the runes used to be. There will be an entrance there now. Go through it and make you're way to Palkia/Dialga/Giratina! This is all after you've beaten the Snowpoint leader of course.
