After two or three bleach processes (assuming your hair is medium-to-dark-brown), use a platinum toner to counter the brassy/yellow tones in the hair. Manic Panic makes a semi-permanent dye product called "virgin snow" for $8-$15, which is a light lilac color, and further counters the yellow tones in your hair to create, YES, WHITE HAIR! Leave on for 15 to 30 minutes, rinse out, and voila, white hair. (At first it may look a bit lilac if you have left it on too long, but the product washes out over time.) It is a great substitute for a toner, and I have used it myself before, along with many other Manic Panic colors. Truly a great product. Here is the link to their website if you are interested:

Carefully follow the directions on the bottle of bleach. Too much bleach can actually burn holes in your clothes. With anything white, you need to remember that white is a color. This is important because fabric starts out as a gray color before it is dyed. If your whites are looking a little gray, it is because you have bleached or simply washed out the color of white over time! No amount of bleach is going to make a garment white if the color has been bleached or washed out!
No. Olivia has only dyed her hair purple, indigo, blue, green, black and gold, and bleach blonde.

I have dyed hair with manic panic's voodoo blue. I would like to dye it turquoise. Do I need to bleach my hair or can I just wash the colour of, it will fade to green. If I put it over that colour will it be turquoise?
A great tip that I heard is to get white linen because they are bleach-able and can be easily dyed to any color you prefer. Also, you should consider its texture and those that are machine-washable.
If you already have dyed your hair a dark color you need to bleach it out, your hair should turn a blonde yellow color, then bleach it again. Then buy a white hair dye. Then leave that dye in your hair for a good 45 minutes. Then your done! I wouldn't suggest dying your hair again for a very long time because this can be very damaging. And this will work much better if your hair is its natural color.
