The large droid took me a while as well. First, when its foot becomes stuck, hold it down with the Force by repeatedly pressing the Z button on the Wii nunchuck. Then climb onto the leg and jump towards the eye/cannon and press the B button while moving the Wii remote side-to-side. Repeat for the second leg. But for the third leg, after jumping onto it, jump onto the droid's head and stab your lightsaber into it. Then the droid is defeated.

You need to use the Force to hold down the droid's leg when it becomes stuck. Then jump onto it and jump towards it's eye/cannon. Destroy it. Repeat this process for the 2nd eye/cannon. For the final blow, after holding down it's leg, jump towards it and your character will automatically jump towards the droid's head and take it out, therefore ending the level.

Jump on the leg and get as close to the droid as possible. You will want to use your lightsaber to take out its gun turret (long pointy thing shooting at you). After you take those out, I think the opportunity will come to jump on its head. Using your lightsaber, slide down the side of its head to finish it off. Hope that helps!
