Toy Story 3 is much better than Shrek 4! Plot: Toy Story 3: 10/10 (A strong plot throughout the entire film). Shrek 4: 6/10 (Plot is all over the place and the characters progression is zero, I mean shrek is still that grumpy ogre from the first shrek fim. It's not that bad though just not great). Laughs: Toy Story 3: 10/10 Shrek 4: 7/10 Emotional: Toy Story 3: 10/10 (the ending will leave you with big, fat, tears as Andy gives his most loved toy Woddy to Bonnie. The entire film will leave you emotional for days). Shrek 4: 7/10 (not emotional at all, other than the fact this is the last film) Characters: Toy Story 3: 10/10 (chracters have better voice acting, more unique, more exiting, more diverse, more easier to relate to and are more loveable) Shrek 4: 6/10 (characters haven't changed much and are not that lovable) Main Character: Toy Story 3: 10/10 (Woody is a much better character compared to shrek, he has a better personaity, more loving, and is more easy to empethize with). Shrek 4: 7/10 (shrek has not changed much from the first film, his personality is horrible ) Children: Toy Story 3: 10/10 (kids are more likely to love this film since they usually play with toys and the film is better than shrek 4 in all areas as mentioned above. Not to mention that the colour sceme is also signifigantly more attractive as opposed to the general grayish colour scheme in shrek 4). Shrek 4: 7/10 (this film will be ok for kids but not amazing, not even great. In the end its just like a parody of a fairy tale). Also the character's children have got nothing to do wih the main story, heck toys cant even have actual children the aliens from Toy Story 3 were adopted in the fist Toy Story and they play a big role in Toy Story 3. And the dronkeys from shrek 4 dont even play a big role in the film). Overall score Toy Story 3: 10/10 Shrek 4: 6.5/10 Toy Sotry 3 is a much better film in my honest opinion - better chracters, lead character, plot, setting, humour and much more emotional! In the end it all goes down to our opinion but come on Toy Sotry 3 is way better. Metacritic scores: Toy Story 3 - 92/100 shrek 4 - 58/100
