How do you like events on the Californian compare with the events happening on the titanic?

There's not much to like. One of the officers watching from the deck of the Californian even remarked that Titanic looked "queer", referring to her lights not being parallel with the waterline.
With perfect hindsight, we now know that he was observing her tipping forward at an angle severe enough to be seen miles away.
