This is a problem caused by the antenna if there isn't something is wrong with your tv or satellite receiver.
A bad coax cable, twin lead wire and/or connectors can be the problem. Shake the cable and connector to see if the ghost changes or static appears in the picture or sound. If it does you have found the area to look some more. If this test is negative, I would try a new very directional antenna and a new coax downlead.
