There are two screws on the back that get removed. Then the back slides off the front housing. Once the back is off you will have to remove the top black film that has a chip on the bottom of it and is connected to copper film. Under that there is a tab for what appears to be the lcd maybe. Under this all you will find two leads, one red and one black. They must be desoldered. You will have a harder time finding a new battery than replacing it.
