Bravo Zulu is Navy speak for "Well Done." A Bravo Zulu is high praise. Bravo Zulus are also rarely given. Thus the proper response is "Thank You."
It means that you think about things in depth, and you consider what you are saying. It's usually used when someone says a profound comment that makes another person have to think deeply before they respond.
always unless the OPORD says otherwise
Yoda then states "You will be"
when someone says hello you also say HELLO, hahaha der!!
James Caan wasn't in Rio Bravo. You're thinking of El Dorado. James Caan says he and Wayne got into "an altercation" during a break filming that movie -- over a game of chess.
Your welcome.

You can respond with a simple "Thank you for your sympathy" or "I appreciate your concern."
Say "ola" back or "hi".
You should say "Thank you" when someone says this to you.
I would say "as a friend, right?".
The person has said he (or she) likes you. If you like him (or her) you can respond, "Me gustas tambien."
When someone rudely tells you they are not talking to you shrug your shoulders; walk away and ignore the person.
