How do you shoot fast in realm of the mad god?

You shoot fast by having a higher dexterity stat. You increase that stat by leveling up, and by drinking potions of dexterity, which drop from event bosses and certain dungeon bosses.

You can also increase your dexterity by equipping certain armor or rings, like high tiered leather armor or a Ring of Exalted Dexterity.

Once you cannot increase your dexterity anymore, you have to find weapons that have an increased rate of fire, like the Coral Bow or Obsidian Dagger.
