The penis is a delicate organ and should be protected from any cause of damage, especially a child's. Why anyone would want to spank a child there is really beyond my imagination in any case, not only severe physical damage and pain to the organ could be caused by this abuse but it would be emotionally damaging to the child also. The child's future as an adult enjoying a family life of their own is reliant on them being able to reproduce with this organ. Why possibly take this from them ? Would you really want to be responsible for that ? No grandchildren !
