get (good) manga artists on board and have money. You can start small and informal, or make one just like you'd make any other company.
Manga are beginning to be licensed by the publishing company. If the site were to continue, they can be sued.
An anime series does not of necessity start with manga . Manga usually generates enough interest to spawn an anime series ; the two are not mutually exclusive .
I know I was wondering the same thing. You know the online manga? Well, If we start the shippuden episodes now than it will pass the manga and the manga will be behind. They don't want that so they're just trying to get ahead in the manga. I'm just guessing this but I estimate it will start up again in Summer or Fall '09.
chapter 367
These steps are what you should do to start a manga/comic in my opinion. Step 1: you should first come up with the main idea of the manga. You know...description of the manga. remember first come up with the MAIN CHARACTERS (OR MAIN CHARACTER) Step 2: draw the manga. you can also come up with some of the other characters of the manga besides the main character. Then you also have to come up with the different environments, areas, zones, and islands. Oh and also if you'd like, you could even make a rival for your main character like GokuVegeta and NarutoSasuke. Step 3: find someone to publish it or edit it like a manga-publishing company. Sorry, if they turn you down. Big time companies are TOKYOPOP and SHONENJump and can bring in a good amount of income, if the manga is very good. Step 4: Practice Practice Practice! Being a Manga Artist is very challenging and it takes patient, many big name mangas that were turned into Anime (Naruto, Inuyasha etc.) took alot of hardwork. Step 5: have fun making your manga! You should also be a good artist, too. Note: Being a mangaka isn't easy. You don't get much money when they are being sold. And do remember, if you draw a character, building, background, etc that has lots of details, it will be hard to repeat drawing the same thing, but really, you can get use to it after practicing. But who cares, manga is the best stuff ever and everyone can be mangakas!! ^^
Contact a manga/anime company like TokyoPop, Shonen King, or Funimation Studios, I would assume.
Yes there is a way one of the ways is to send your manga to a publishing company or a manga magazine company and let them see your work and wait to get a response back. The other way is to enter in a manga contest if you win you win some money and you will have your manga publshed by the company that hosts the contest.
If you are talking about the shoujo ARISA then there is no anime coming out for it --- No one in the company has decided to start an Anime for Arisa.
Naruto shippuuden starts at chapter 245 in the Naruto Manga

Some guy told me I should send a manga company a one-shot. If they consider it a great manga, you can make your own manga. That's how many manga writers like Masashi Kishimoto (creator of Naruto) started out. If your manga is way popular, the manga company's boss or publisher would discuss with you if you would want it turned into an anime, I think. So you should think about finding the adress or manga company building. Its cool you want to make your own manga, because I want to make my own too! Good luck, have fun!Tokyopop, a major manga publisher in North America, holds a contest for people to submit their own manga - it's called The Rising Stars of Manga. Some successful manga have spawned from this! You also may want to purchase a manga editor for your computer, such as Manga Studio 3.0.
I dont know the company, but I believe the best manga writer depends on which manga series is your favorite. My personal favorite is Naruto,(which has 50 volumes so far), and my second favorite is dragonballZ,(which has 26 volumes),but both are written by different persons. Naruto is written by Masashi Kishimoto, and DragonballZ is written by Akira Toryima. Both are very good manga series and if you are looking to start enjoying manga, these might be your new favorite thing to read.
yes, where do you think manga artist get there design work from, they have all had inspiration from other artist at one point or another.
Most manga artists in Japan submit a 'oneshot' manga piece when they are in high school. (Usually in response to some contest a magazine puts out.) After they graduate high school, they usually start a small job and then start creating a manga. If the manga does well, they quit the job and become a full time manga artist. So, no, I don't think manga artists need a bachelor degree.
Publish it.

There is only one manga company that I know of that allows minors to publish manga and that is tokyopop. But you have to get your parent to sign it. But where can i find the tokyopop company in California
